In Russia they are mandated to have dash cams because of all of the crazy drivers and nasty accidents that occur on the streets. The above clip shows someone going above and beyond. Ask yourself, would I do that? How many times in my day do I walk past (or drive) past the opportunity to add some goodness into the world.
Today let's all try to help one extra person, one extra mitzvah, one more act of holliness than we would have otherwise done.
